Getting started with us

Consultations are charged at $200 for our standard consultation and $250 for urgent consultations based on our expertise, which you get right away. We are dedicated to giving you real and actionable advice from the very first consultation. We do not offer advice that misleads so as to get clients to sign on to our services. Consultations are 30-minute sessions.

Consultations are required for us to understand clearly what you hope to achieve. Because regulations are complicated, there are often many unexpected questions that we have to ask and can only know to ask through a conversation.

You can expect to receive a response within 2 business days. For urgent consultations, you need to call us to see what times we can squeeze you in as soon as possible. Best to plan ahead for we are often booked out one month ahead for our standard consultations.

If a bank transfer is preferred, a receipt must be provided prior to or at the agreed time of consultation

Cancellations

In the event you are unable to make the consult time and wish to reschedule, we ask that you please inform us 2 business days prior to your booking time. Cancellations will need to be made 2 business days in advance. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Late cancellations may incur a forfeiture of your payment.

* All fees are stated in Australian (AUD) dollars
+ Overseas transfers that result in excess fees must be taken on at the inquirer’s expense.
